Google for Education is a comprehensive web based resource that enables students by learning through design to apply technical knowledge and skills in operating, selecting and using soft/hardware, understanding systems used in ICT and managing digital data.

Google Drive is a cloud based online storage (unlimited for schools and students), allowing the sharing and collaboration of all file types across all platforms and devices. To access this feature, schools are required to connect to the Google Education Suite.

Google Drive meets the ICT capability requirement of students learning to manage digital data for groups of users through a variety of methods and systems as they share and collaborate on specific files.

By using Google for Education suite of resources, students learn to independantly select and operate a range of devices by adjusting relevant software to suit specific tasks. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are engaged through use of this suite as students use troubleshooting procedures intuitively within the google apps to solve problems.
